General Conditions
• Daily rates include breakfast and taxes;
• The Voluntary Contribution for Tourism varies from R$ 2.00 to R$ 3.00 and must be paid directly at the hotel;
• Hotel check-in is only allowed at the scheduled check-in time. Early check-ins will only be authorized based on availability, and payment must be made directly at the hotel;
• Late check-outs (after 12 PM on the check-out day) will only be authorized based on hotel availability, and payment for extra nights must be made directly at the hotel;
• In case of a no-show (guest does not check in at the hotel), Fellini Turismo is not exempt from charging the daily rates, following the hotel's policy;
• Fellini Turismo follows each hotel's policy regarding daily rates or fees for accommodating children;
Tours• The departure location and time for tours are determined by Fellini Turismo, which is not responsible for any expenses or inconveniences caused by passenger delays;
• Any costs incurred solely due to passengers' fault are not the responsibility of Fellini Turismo.
• For tours purchased at the event location, payment must be made at the time of purchase;
• Tours booked in advance follow the payment methods mentioned below;
• Providing an identity document number is mandatory for purchasing any tour;
• Fellini Turismo requires a minimum of 10 passengers for any tour departure;
• Children aged 5 years or younger are exempt from tour payment;
• Fellini Turismo reserves the right to cancel or change any offered tour due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances;
• Presentation of the Voucher to the guide or driver is required at the time of boarding or check-in for the tours;
• Tours operated by Fellini Turismo comply with all applicable environmental regulations and are conducted by professionals with the necessary certifications.
Transfers• Sending arrival and return flight details is mandatory if your airfare was not issued by Fellini Turismo;
• Fellini Turismo is not responsible for receiving passengers who have not provided their flight details;
• For regular transfers, all passengers are subject to waiting times if their flight arrives before the transfer departure time;
• Regular transfers are non-exclusive services with pre-established departure dates and times. Private transfers are exclusive services scheduled in advance, with departures set by the client, respecting traffic and technical feasibility rules;
• We are not responsible for transferring individuals who have not provided their arrival details/complete flight information;
• In case of any flight changes, Fellini Turismo must be informed;
• Children aged 5 years or younger are exempt from transfer payment, except when occupying a vehicle seat;
• Passengers are solely responsible for their luggage;
• Transfers between hotels and the event (if applicable) have pre-scheduled departure times approved by the event organization, respecting the schedules of scientific and social programs when applicable. These schedules cannot be altered due to individual requests. The vehicles used are fully insured and comply with current legislation.
Vehicle Rental• The prices offered by Fellini Turismo are exclusive;
• A contract must be signed when picking up the vehicle;
• Basic requirements for vehicle rental: be over 21 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least one year, present ID and CPF, and have no restrictions of any kind;
• For vehicle rentals with drivers, pre-agreed schedules are strictly followed;
• All other conditions comply with current legislation and each rental company's contracts;
Payments• For payments via bank deposit, sending the deposit receipt via fax is mandatory;
• For payments via VISA credit card, sending a signed debit authorization and copies of required documents is mandatory;
• For invoiced or installment payments, registration approval is required, and deadlines vary according to the nature of the contracted services;
InvoicesInvoice issuance is electronic and carried out at the company's headquarters;
• Once issued, the invoice cannot be canceled;
• Invoices will be available for pickup at the Fellini Turismo stand during the event. They will not be sent without an express request;
• For services contracted up to 10 (ten) business days before the event, when invoice delivery is requested, it will be sent by mail to the specified address;
• Data corrections and other changes will only be accepted in writing;
• For airline tickets, the ticket itself serves as a valid invoice.
Cancellations and Refunds• Cancellations requested up to 45 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus an R$ 80.00 fee;
• Cancellations requested between 45 and 21 days before the event will receive a refund minus the cost of one night’s accommodation + R$ 80.00;
• Cancellations requested within 20 days before the event start date will not be refunded;
• Refunds will be processed starting from the 10th day after the event ends;
• Cancellation and refund requests will only be accepted in writing.
LegislationThese confirmations and terms comply with Law 8.078 of September 11, 1990, DAER Resolution 4107 of July 28, 2004, and other applicable legislation.
